I’m a Return and Refund policy. I’m a great place to let your customers know what to do in case they are dissatisfied with their purchase. Having a straightforward refund or exchange policy is a great way to build trust and reassure your customers that they can buy with confidence.

8 to 14 weeks by ocean, 4 to 6 weeks by air after approval (of pre-production sample or photo)

50% deposit of total amount must be paid upon order placement. If the deposit is not paid within 7 business days after order placement, the order will automatically be cancelled and Nexen Sportswear is not responsible for the cancellation. The balance must be paid within 30 days of shipment.

Price is valid for 7 days only and subject to change if there is any modification or revision to the hat.

Price for F.O.B. Toronto. Taxes and transportation fees are extra.

Added fees may be charged to the final invoice for custom orders paid with credit cards.

Flat fee charge of $125 for 1st pre-pro sample will be deducted from final invoice when order is approved. Additional samples can be bought at an additional cost of $15 each and are not deductable.

Any fitted hats that will have its specific size need to be verified and confirmed by clients.

The size confirmation is a must before processing a main production.
